At the end of 2025, we will open our new location in Munich Perlach, expanding our existing range of modern storage solutions in Munich. How Does the Rental Process Work?
To rent a storage unit, first choose the right unit size to suit your individual needs - whether for individual pieces of furniture, boxes or larger storage projects. As soon as you have decided on the ideal size, you can sign the rental contract, which can be done either in person or conveniently online. You can also take out storage insurance at the same time. The rental contracts are flexible and have a minimum term of just two weeks. After that, the contract runs indefinitely and can be cancelled at any time within two weeks. Immediately after signing the contract, you will receive a personal access code that gives you daily access to your storage unit between 06:00 and 22:00. This gives you flexible access to your stored items at any time.
You want a self check-in as well? No problem! There are machines at our locations where you can automatically obtain the right lock for your storage unit. This also makes it possible to rent your storage unit at weekends or outside business hours and check it in directly. This gives you flexible access to your stored items at any time.
How Much Does Self Storage Cost?
The cost of a self-storage compartment is made up of a fixed rental price, which varies depending on the size of the compartment and availability on site. The rent is due every four weeks. An additional deposit of six weeks' rent must be paid at the start of the rental period. This deposit will be refunded in full when the compartment is returned in good condition.
